Ali admitted that the training helped her not only to keep fit, but to relax mentally. Though she was training, Ali said that she wasn’t aimed at losing the baby weight quickly. Actually, he decision was very sensible.
Many celeb women are obsessed with the mind to lose weight in a short period of time. Ali is not one of them. She realized that to return the fit is not a simple task. The only thing she was ready to do was to drink plenty of fluids and to keep a healthy diet.

When Ali was pregnant, she decreased the intensity of her workout, but the set of exercises remained the same. She ran for the warming up, and then had cardio training on the elliptical machine. A brave woman!
