Adam Lambert looks great, but nothing is as easy as it seems. Seth Gottesdiener, a personal trainer, told a story of Adam’s transformation from the very beginning. Let’s follow and you’ll know how Adam achieved such result.
At the very beginning, there was a problem – Adam had a lot of injuries in the shoulder, that’s why certain exercises had to be modified. In one session they tried to train very limited amount of muscles groups, only major of them. Later, the muscle endurance was increased, and it allowed pushing-up with heavy weight. Frankly speaking, Adam didn’t always love going to the gym, but he always felt wonderful after the training. That’s the reason that made him moving on.
Though, there are always some muscles that are constantly heated, it’s important to make sets of variation with exercises. Adam and Seth took up almost every kind of exercises, including yoga, cardio drills, and weight sets. Seth also advises to try something different from what you got used to.
In a question of diet, Adam prefers plant food to meat. As the star trainer says, eating plant food leads not only to weight loss, but it also decreases the risk of cancer and heart diseases. Such people even live longer.
In their system, these guys had a secret – a cardio cheat at the very beginning of the workout. They did a long cardio session in order to keep the high heart rate during the whole training. But it was not so smoothly, there was a typical problem – a posture. Seth all the time made Adam pull his shoulders back and down, but there is a way out – to work back muscles. Nevertheless, the training program was a success.
As you see, Adam’s popularity is not just the image. It’s systematic hard work and will-power.
