The first rule is in a substantial breakfast. This beautiful woman confessed that she eats a big meal in the morning. Usually, it consists of granola with yogurt (fruit, honey). This is followed by two boiled or fried eggs. She adds a toast if she needs additional energy.
A meal before the workout is very important. As a rule, it includes lasagna followed by vegetables, and, of course, beans. The soccer player admits that she doesn’t allow herself eating a lot of carbohydrates before the training.
