It’s a common thing that women gain weight being pregnant, but not everyone has will-power to it and lose. Luckily, Ali Larter is a woman who realized her condition and proceeded to action.
Ali said that she gained 50 pounds of extra weight while being pregnant with her second child. She had one rather interesting explanation of why she needed to lose weight. The actress said that she had to run away from zombies.
The point is that her role in a new film “Resident Evil: The Final Chapter” actually presupposes running a lot.
Ali Larter admits that the biggest part of her job is to look decently. It means that she should always be in a good body shape.
The biggest problem, according to Ali, was to find time for herself. She is a mother of two. Moreover, she is a busy, popular actress. Having a hectic schedule it’s not easy to have any free minute.

Ali often works 12 hours a day, thus she has no time to eat properly. She can allow herself to eat a huge cheeseburger for lunch. BUT, when she comes back home, after putting her children to bed, she pays for this lunch – Ali trains in the gym for, at least, 30 minutes.
Ali Larter said that she had never regretted about any workout.
To complement the effect of the trainings, Ali keeps healthy food diet. She likes long walks and Pilates.
