Aidan Gillen copes with this task very successfully. His personal trainer created a unique functional training program which includes compound sets of exercises, blasting plyos, and strength exercises with body weight.
An explanation of such choice is simple. In his roles, Aidan very often has to show some tricks which require body strength. That is why he should be ready to do this kind of tasks and even more if necessary.
This program is a challenge for both the actor and his trainer. Usually, celeb clients ask to make up a program aimed at the weight loss or to tone the muscles. This kind of program was quite different, so for both it was new experience.

When we reach 30 years, our body loses 5 percent of muscles’ weight every 10 years. This information was a push to action for Aidan and he decided to take his body in his hands.
Aidan is mesomorph. Due to this, he could easily achieve any result in his body sculpturing that he wished.
But there was an interesting moment.
Aidan had never before in his life visited a gym. He was not used to that kind of activity. Nevertheless, when he started training he felt like a fish in the water. From the first training he impressed his coach as he could do Plank, Squats, Lunges etc. That’s really amazing. He still continues training in the gym and he’s not going to give up.
