Matt Lanter is an American actor and model, who gained international popularity due to his acting talent as well as due to his great shape. Matt is of average height (178 cm) and he is quite thin. The actor has athletic building, his body is toned, but he doesn’t look bulky. To achieve that kind of a body, Matt Lanter works a lot.

Matt Lanter was born in Massillon, Ohio. From the earliest years the boy was fond of sports, so he started to form his hot body at a very tender age. Matt played football, golf, basketball and practiced strength workouts. After graduating from school, Matt Lanter entered the University of Georgia, where studied business. His friends advised well shaped good looking teenager to start career of a male model. As Matt needed money, he followed their advice.

In 2004 Matt Lanter became a contestant at the male model show “Manhunt: The Search for America’s Most Gorgeous Male Model”. Matt wasn’t the best one on the show and didn’t win the first prize, but he understood, that the main passion of his life was to become an actor and he moved to LA to fulfill his dream.

Having moved to LA, Matt Lanter got his first role after a couple of weeks. He was casted to “Point Pleasant”.

The most popular screen works of the star are the series “90210”, where he portrayed Liam, “Disaster Movie”, “The Roommate” and many others. Matt gave his voice to Anakin Skywalker from “Star Wars: The Clone Wars”.

Being extremely busy with his upcoming projects, Matt Lanter never forgets about his personal life too. He has been dating YouTuber Angela Stacey since 2009. In 2013 the couple tied a knot officially.

Matt Lanter has already crossed that line, which separates young years from mature years. But he looks strong and hot and even better each year. Of course, Matt workouts a lot to achieve that effect. He trains from 5 to 7 days per week. Being a great sports enthusiast from the earliest years, Matt can’t live without regular physical training.

He practices cardio workouts two times per week and strength workouts four times per week. Matt focuses on development of his upper body muscles mostly. He does pull ups and pull downs, bench press etc.

Matt doesn’t keep to any diet, he is the lover of Italian cuisine, but he tries to eat small portions of his favorite food.
