Karina Smirnoff is the lover of fitness routine too. She finds the time in her busy schedule for strength workout too. The star thinks that she dances much better, when her arms, abs and legs muscles are tight.

“It is very important to stay hydrated”, Karina tells. She drinks gallons of water and eats watermelon, which is great for hydrating too.
