Aaliyah was an amazing woman, actress, singer, and model. She had an incredible figure, but, actually, we know very little about her eating habit and diet. She preferred eating healthy food till the end of her life. Maybe, it’s a secret of her Great shape.
Before her first tour in 1994, Aaliyah kept an active lifestyle: swimming, skating, dancing and so on. Thus there was no need to do anything else to stay in fit. Moreover, she was rather young. Later on, she started training with her coach Dion. The worked out five times a week.
